Pros (+) Beautiful Mountain views, very friendly staff, helpful reception staff, beautiful grounds and landscape, great pool areas and peaceful.
Cons (-) Would have been nice to have coffee machine/kettle in each room, as hotel bar was a walk away and would have been nice to have the option to make a cup of tea (for free) in your room. A whole load of guests from another hotel near by (that had closed last minute) were upgraded to this hotel.

Pros (+) Immaculate hotel, great ambience, incredible pools, great gym. The staff are incredibly well trained and so lovely.
Cons (-) Music around the bar at night was a little too loud to be able to have a romantic conversation. We asked for vegan yoghurts at breakfast but never got any. But these are tiny things and overall it's an amazing hotel.

Pros (+) Great amenities and amazing staff. Dina and Christopher were absolutely amazing! I looked forward to seeing them every day during my stay. They made me and my friend feel comfortable during the whole trip and were extremely helpful.
Cons (-) The pools should be heated. The water was extremely cold, so barely anyone used the pools, which are what mainly makes this hotel what it is. Heated pools would make everyone’s stay more comfortable and enjoyable

Pros (+) - the staff was highly attentive and familiar, providing a very personal experience. - beautifully designed hotel area - very calm and relaxing atmsophere - one of the best breakfast buffets ever experienced - extensive lunch and dinner menu at fair prices

Pros (+) The place is absolutely beautiful! Everything is very well made and designed, very clean. The exit to a pool from the room is very comfortable 😊. The breakfast is amazing!!! And what a view😍
Cons (-) The water in the pool was cold, and the restaurant was pretty expensive.
