Pros (+) The location was perfect, easy to get everywhere by foot. Also all very clean, and the room was amazing.
Cons (-) Everything was perfect. There is no elevator which we were already warned and was no issue for us.

Pros (+) Beautifully designed. It takes your breath away at first sight once the door is opened. Staff is amazing, very clean rooms and common areas- and the decoration is top notch. Special nod to Rosy, so sweet and diligent. Prime location with one of the best views of SMA. We had the María room, and it was just perfect. So perfect we even cancelled some reservations and just enjoyed some wine and beers....

Pros (+) The location and comfort. Beds and bed sheets are super comfortable! The staff (Rossy) are super helpful and kind. There is no parking available but have a valet parking service to help you park your car.
Cons (-) The windows are not soundproof so we could hear all noise from the street! As the hotel is located two blocks from the Parroquia, you can hear the bells early in the morning.

Pros (+) The decor and furnishings were excellent. The staff was amazing. Our room had a roof top patio with amazing views. Located close to the square.
Cons (-) Parking can be a challenge but not an issue if you are not driving.

Cons (-) Seemed like it hadn’t been used much yet. Water head in shower didn’t work well. Mirror didn’t work. No way to watch TV in English, or staff didn’t know. Curtain handles broke. Not dark at night. Ceiling light string always on, even when off. 2nd front door difficult to use.
