The place was very spacious for a family with 2 kids. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The parking was private and location was great. It had everything we needed. The restaurant near the church was especially lovely. We'll be back!

A nice loft apartment with a good location in a small town.
We had a terrace at the ground floor. That was ok but It could be nice to have this kind of information beforehand at booking.com description.

The terrace was amazing to have breakfast or just spent a lazy afternoon there. Very spacious apartment, two very clean and new bathrooms, free and convenient parking spot.
The sofabed was really squeaky which was quite annoying at night and made it hard to get sleep. The drain in the one shower was already a bit clogged on the first day...
Not much to add to all the positive reviews: friendly and helpful owner, very clean, sufficient storage, superb location, spacious terrace. Recommendation for a day at the beach with the kids: Giona beach, Maccagno.
Great location and the owner was very nice! We enjoyed staying at the apartment and spending time on the balcony.
It was a absolute perfect stay at Casa Botta! Very nice loft in the old town of Luino. Very clean rooms, stylish furniture and great view from the bed. We would recommend this apartment 100 percent !
