We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. We had initially booked for one night last minute, and ended up staying for seven! The whole property is great. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. Actually the breakfast was a highlight of my trip. I tried many different items on the menu and they all were delicious. The little bar under the hotel should be advertised better because we would have gone more times!! It’s fun.
I love the antique features of the property. But the room we received did not look like any of the photos. It was very dated compared to the pictures on the website. So I was a little shocked to see our room. In the end it grew on me, but they should try to get it to look more like the other rooms so that people know what to expect.
Staff is great, Hotel is real clean. Location is pretty quite. Free breakfast.
Free breakfast had limited options. It was just eggs, fruit, and beans and you get 4 different options on how they cook your eggs. Everything else is ala carte, which can be quite expensive. We had dinner one time. Price was comparable to a restaurant but not as good. We paid for convenience, we were too tired to leave the hotel at that point.
Very clean and relaxed offering free breakfast and a kind and attentive staff. Great shower pressure, AC and daily room cleaning.
Wifi was a little spotty at times, light shone from pool area into our room. A darker curtain there would be an easy fix.

There was one unit which allowed pets. A very nice unit but pet charged seemed excessive
The staff at breakfast and the security team were very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the check-in staff were a disaster — I honestly don’t understand why people with that attitude choose to work in hospitality.
Beautiful place to unwind for a night before a long flight the next day. Helpful staff too! Clean and comfortable.

It is a cute place and very comfortable for the price paid. The attached restaurant is not amazing but it suffices for quick eats. The staff are super friendly and lovely. The small gym and sauna are also easy enough to use.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. We had one actual hot shower for the duration of our stay and the remainder of our showers were lukewarm at best.
Property was good, the terrace also excellent.
Some of our personal belongings were stolen (a t-shirt and diapers from my kids). Also the free shuttle to the city center it wasn’t for free.
