The breakfast, tea room and the location
Room service for meal ordering could be faster for a 5-star hotel
Great hotel, our room was large, felt like home rather than a hotel, bathroom was huge as well. It was nice to have a fireplace (electric) as evenings get cold in Cusco. The bed was very comfortable, and room was very clean. Great location, 10 min walk to the main square. Clean spacious rooms.
The noise from the street is loud with lots of fireworks and inter rooms is not well insulated.
The room was very comfortable, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the breakfast buffet is good and there are lots of places to sit and relax on the main floor.
We liked everything.
This is a great location, just a few streets away from the main square. Room was comfortable and staff friendly. Breakfast was good.
Only small things …The room itself was good but we had a couple issues with the hot water in the shower heating up & a leaky shower each time we used it. The room would also get a bit hot if you didn’t use the fan overnight. Got a bit dehydrated by morning but also could have been the change of altitude. We loved this hotel. Huge room, staff very helpful with travel tips, booking a taxi, delicious breakfast.
Well located. Charming, clean and Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast is outstanding, too.
It was beautiful, very comfortable and quiet! The staff were exceptional and helpful,and breakfast had a great variety and the timing allowed for early risings and sleeping in.
The room (suite) was spacious, clean and comfortable with a generous sized bathroom.
Atmosphere a bit cold and transient eg bare flagstoned walkways between rooms and reception (however, appreciate this is a very old converted property, quite large).
The suite was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom too was a generous size with a separate toilet area. There were two television screens both sides of the dividing wall.
The walking distance from our room and cold stone flagged areas (however, we appreciate this is a traditional converted property). An excessive amount of staff hovering about unnecessarily.
