Pros (+) It was such a festive atmosphere on homecoming weekend. A So the little extras like lemon water and cookies in the lobby, chocolates and pillow spray in the rooms. It was perfect!
Cons (-) The room prices are a little much. I have stayed here before on an off weekend fir less than 1/2 the price so it does feel like out of town UNC are taken advantage of

Pros (+) Lobby was comfortable. Rooms Were quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel Van was beneficial for short rides within town.
Cons (-) Had a dark room. Bathrooms was quite small. Only 1 luggage rack for a room that sleeps 4 people.

Cons (-) The hotel said in the online directory that if we ordered food delivery from outside the food can be delivered directly to the room by giving the delivery service our room number but in reality the staff simply call us to go down to get our food instead.
