Kind and friendly staff. Willing to help in any way. The cleanliness excellent. The rooms were big not small. Elevator use instead of stairs. Room service and or a restaurant to go to. Food excellent. Ki dest helpful staff. Better than I've encountered ever before . outstanding. Prices really reasonable.

Rooms nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. No microwaves but staff happy to povide upon request. Nice amenities including outdoor swimming pool.
Check in took a long time which was challenging after a 5 hour drive - I just wanted to get to my room

The staff were so warm and friendly. As we’re on our honeymoon, they had given us a free upgrade which was so sweet and completely unnecessary as we were there just one night. They could have easily not bothered. We also are given a little brownie each which was delicious.
