Staff were amazing great service and very friendly, room very clean and spacious, bathroom in room was amazing, hotel went above and beyond for my partners birthday upgraded our room, decorated the bed, and provided birthday cake
Hotel in very congested traffic area
we had a family of 5 with 2 rooms the staff were so friendly, the pool area excellent and a great hotel. would definitely go back.
Absolutely everything about this property was perfect. This is hands down the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff were excellent and polite, the food was delicious and the rooms were clean & modern.
Everything was perfect but the check in procedure which lacks a bit of comfort, unlike other 5 start hotels, we were required to stand at the front desk instead of sitting and being welcomed by staff.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff’s kindness, the pool with the amazing view, the rooftop bar and the food.
The property was beautiful. Well thought out spaces, luxurious, clean and well kept. The Club Lounge was great, a lovely space with amazing views. The rooftop bar was great with a fantastic cocktail menu. The food throughout the hotel was delicious and the staff, all of them, were amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!
Location near malls and markets. Also cleanliness level is good.

its a real business hotel with a business vibe. clean but nothing special no WOW! its a bit boring. The lobby is boring the pool is standard but again noting special. All together there is not much to complain about but also nothing to get thrilled either. Saying this only its pricing is surpassing it has to offer.
