The staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, courteous. They went out of their way to update us on events in the city/country that might affect our travels (National Transportation strike, for example), and arranged transportation to the airport. We stayed at the hotel twice during our trip - once when we arrived in Buenos Aires, and again just before we flew home (4 nights total). On both stays...
The only (minor) thing we noticed was that the small, carpeted areas outside the rooms looked a bit worn, but the rooms themselves were immaculate.Read more

Wish they had a bar!
Bed very comfortable, very tasty breakfast and staff very very kind. They helped us to book taxi, to change a part of money and gave us all kind of information. The hotel is quite easy to be joined. Anyway taxi are cheap, we paid 6-7 pesos on average and up to 10 when distance was bigger. It’s a big town.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location was great - within walking distance to key attractions.
Lighting in room was a bit dark - more lighting would have been better.
