Peaceful, quiet hotel with a well-kept large park. It was not crowded. The hotel and the room are nicely designed. It is close to hiking trails.

Some waiters are frustrated, bored, with the pain of the whole word on their faces -- it wasn't nice. No drinks are included in the dinner, not even tap water -- we had to pay extra (we had wine and other drinks, but that's OK). The hotel’a spa was so good and relaxing- nice jacuzzi, saunas and massage. The location is great very close to a beautiful view point and also very close to some famous towns here.
Everything was great! Second time we stayed here, the hotel was fully booked due to valentine's but staff went the extra mile! Outside sauna was a very pleasant surprise👍🏻 Wellness staff and room service staff were very kind and helpfull. Room itself was comfortable, clean and spacious.
Generaly lower food quality, poor service and - no food choice if you come later then at the very beginning of the 3hour food window. Wellness area - veeeery small and booking ahead did not help at all - they let people in anyway. Food related staff - disaster, reception staff - mixed experience.
food at dinner wasn't good, should be improved. Breakfast was great.
I sent friends there as a birthday present. They were extremely happy with the place. Told me, that for sure they will return gain. Plus, the hotel is pet friendly, what is important for them. They especially highlighted the food.
Not that they didn't like it, but SPA zone is a bit small, but nonetheless, quite comfortable.
Great location, nice staff. Wellness times lots can be booked to limit the number of people in the same time. Food is good. Free parking, hiking routes just outside the gate. Room with a balcony was good size.
Bed was too soft and the heating / airco could not be effectively set.
