Pros (+) It is a stunning hotel in a fantastic location. The service is great, with a very friendly staff and always wiling to please you. The breakfast is so yummy and fresh, with lots of fruits, many types of cheeses and pastries. Although the pool is not very big the water is warm and relaxing.

Pros (+) Was impressed by the extensive curation of art that gave the hotel character. Service was impeccable, the team made our first time in capri very seamless & comfortable. Rooms were spacious with the most comfortable bed ever! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Cons (-) It would have been nice if they were able to send a car to pick us from the port.

Pros (+) Superb hotel. Wonderful staff, they were extremely helpful and treated my son like a little king. Food was exceptional but a little pricey. However, this is no different from the whole island. The room was great and facilities were brilliant. Highly recommend.
Cons (-) Nothing within the hotel. I would return again in a heartbeat. My only comment would be to avoid the beach clubs. whilst I didn't go to every single one, the one we attended was terrible.

Pros (+) Second time booking. One of the nicest hotel designs I experienced during my travels. Exceptionally professional management. From breakfast all the way to the cocktail bar, the experience delivers every second what a brand this level should represent. Best located close to all must-visit sites. Villa Lysis and Jovis are within walking distance with a breathtaking view of Capri.

Pros (+) There is not one thing I could possibly complain about! From the moment we arrived until we departed we were treated great by staff at front desk, Jacky Bar, the pool (the guys there were great!), the restaurant and the spa! The location was great, the room was great....the staff helped with baggage to and from the port. I would return in a heartbeat to this location!
