Pros (+) While we enjoyed the stay and the convenience of the pick up experience, and good bedding. The staff was generally kind.
Cons (-) However, I don’t think this was a 4 stars experience: 1. Drop off and pickup are only available from 9am-6pm, the hotel provide no support outside this timing. We arrived at 7:30pm and had to wait almost 2 hours to arrive e to the hotel due to lack of transportation - despite mentioning traveling with a young kid. Cons (-) We had a problem in our bathroom that resulted in a horrible sound at 2am. Something with the toilet, sounded like someone was drilling with a huge power drill. That, combined with the bed that wasn’t as comfortable as you’d expect for this price caused us to not have the best night’s sleep. Staff offered us apologies and a bottle of limoncello for the inconvenience
