Loved everything about our stay, it was world class. The attention to detail was next level, the rooms were comfortable and the staff went above and beyond even for the smallest requests.
Staff attention to detail and service exceptional. Nice touches with nightly turn down service and small gifts. Bed linen is beautiful. Living room is great to hang. wait to get a table at breakfast, that was a bit ridiculous to be honest. also , the wait time at breakfast for coffee and omlette. decided not to bother with ordering off the menu
The architecture, design and styling of the hotel are exceptional - and the bedroom was as good as any I've stayed in, anywhere in the world.
The "signature" club sandwich was stale and soggy - the only disappointing note of our stay.
The outstanding feature of this beautiful hotel is the staff. Every person we encountered was amiable while doing a first-rate job.
The room was amazing. Spacious and lots of thoughtful little touches. Bed incredibly comfortable and generous sized bathtub. Whisper quiet. The pool and spa are beautifully done and the gym is well appointed and has lovely natural light. Lots of common access spaces from lounges to bars.
The big letdown was the breakfast. The supposedly hot food in the buffet was cold. The omelet from the a la carte menu was tasteless. When my wife resorted to cereal in desperation, it was stale. This was nowhere near 5-6 star standard and is an aspect of the hotel they badly need to improve.
