Pros (+) Central, quiet location (on a one-way street with little traffic). You can find everything you need across the street or the most popular supermarkets within a 20-minute walk. Very good breakfast, both Western and Asian, with a chef available to prepare dishes in any way requested by the customer, open between 6 and 10 a.m.

Pros (+) Great variety for breakfast. Good location. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) You get kicked out of lounge/swimming area at 10pm (on the dot). The inside of the hotel is pretty old. AC is badly placed on top of bed and you are not able to fine tune speed or direction of air - also there is not an option to stop the fan (which is extremely loud) and only leave the AC on.
