Pros (+) The whole property has been renovated and looks fantastic. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbour and table mountain. Staff were all very nice and you can’t beat the location for the V&A. Lots of Lovely little touches for Christmas around the hotel with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

Pros (+) Wonderful location, amazing furnishings/decor and the most helpful staff! All so friendly and wanting to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Such beautiful people. The food was excellent as well. Loved how many healthy options there were at the breakfast buffet including the various health powders and juices / tonics. Also loved the Le Labo toiletries!
