Pros (+) It was a clean, quiet hotel with great facilities. The pools were beautiful and food was great.

Pros (+) The rooms are large and comfortable. The bed is big and comfortable. Two beautiful swimming pools. Close to the city center but offers peace and rest from the hustle and bustle of the city.They offer free transportation every half hour.
Cons (-) The hotel is large and there is always a bit of a crowd at breakfast. Although I am generally very satisfied, I think the hotel does not deserve five stars. On the other hand, its price is not as high as other 5-star hotels. Therefore, I think the service you get for the price is excellent.

The seaview was breathtaking. We were able to see the whole length of Pattaya city. The swimming pool was open till late night so we can enjoy a late night dip after dinner. Front desk was also helpful and friendly, especially our request to change room was quickly attended to.

The hotel is located in a very nice location. The beach access seems rather secluded. We were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the poolside. However, the major let-down is that our room is facing a wedding party venue. Seeing the beautiful fireworks were a plus, but they also party till the wee hours of the night, which meant we were not able to get a good night sleep.
