Everything it was so beautiful and the staff were so so lovely.

We stayed at the hotel in the month of april. We got upgraded as soon as we got to the property. The staff was super efficient, friendly & warm. They accommodated every request that we had. The property is what you see in the pictures which exceeded my expectations so much. I went there to celebrate my birthday and honestly the staff made my day, I was touched by their gift they’ve presented me and scrumptious chocolate cake. There’s was nothing bad whatsoever but I did mention to the team that in advance to notify guests before their arrival about their mini bar so that why it gives future guests options wherever that want it there or not, in order to avoid charge fees. Incredible breakfast, fantastic service throughout, staff were faultless and training must be taken very seriously to have everyone working to exceed expectations at all times. The sense of hospitality among staff was exceptional; They were attentive and intuitive in recognizing my needs which something I value when I stay at a hotel. Also room upgrad to spacious one with a beautiful sea view allivated my experience as a guest. I would say the air condition in my room was not clear to adjust but it didn’t impact my comfort as the weather was not that hot. Also, I’m aware that I came during the off-season period so two restaurants were closed.Read more
Everything , from the moment I arrived till the moment I left everything was perfect. Literally anything you need just send a what’s app. The staff ,the views, the food.. the drinks the spa.. everything. Will be returning in a few months to my new happy place.
