They stole our sunglasses on the beach initially they told us they would replace it to let us leave and when we left, they told us we lied and everything .insulting horrible experience for something so expensive and could’ve been so beautiful

The hotel is exceptional, the rooms are impeccably clean, the food delicious.

We loved our suite. Spacious, quiet and private. The bed was heavenly. The soaking tub was lovely and was made even better with beautiful bath salts and candle! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and everyone went out of their way to provide over-the-top service. We ate at the Sea Club twice and the food was delicious. Breakfast was very nice as well.
The property location is remote. We had a car but it was still a drive to get out of the hotel for the night.

The hotel is an experience, not just a room to stay. Every person is so attentive, and Juan at the pool bar is an exceptional employee, made sure every guest was attended so well! We came back to the room with candle lit up in the evenings, and breakfast brought up and served on our patio which was so nice- the food choices were wonderful, and very modern including chia pudding.
