The location: near tne beach, restaurants and shops.
The taste of food in the buffet is quite bland.
We had a balcony room looking out over My Khe Beach. Stunning! The rooftop restaurant/bar also has a beautiful sunset/view of the city lights. 2for1 cocktails around this time also. Little street behind it has nice food places & cheap laundry services.
I accidentally left some clothes behind when I checked out Hotel organised to get them to me in Nha Trang. I was so impressed by this excellent service shown.

Proximity to the beach, plenty of local restaurants, convenience stores etc. Rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The sea view is amazing. All the staff are warm, friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast is fresh, varied and plentiful. It’s a great place to stay

The carpet and fabric furnishings were very tired; a little unclean.
Beautiful and clean room, centrally located. Wish we booked early enough for the ocean view room. I like the variety of the breakfast buffet which they also change daily. Staffs were great and friendly

We stayed on the 17th floor, and the view was superb. The staff is very kind and attentive to your needs. The breakfast was tasty and varied. The staff worked with us to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience that was organized via email from home.

we had an ocean front view room with balcony which was fabulous. comfortable bed, good size room. check in and front desk staff were professional and efficient. location was close to beach and some wonderful fresh seafood restaurants
The breakfast was more like Asian dinner with a huge variety of stir frys etc. Much of the meat in these was dry and unchewable. The cereals were more suited to children. the bread was all dry and stale - I was or should I say wasn’t surprised to see a staff member wrapping all the stale bread post service presumably to use following day! We found staff very attentive and very friendly accommodation comfortable and very clean.
I would have liked a beach towel instead of bath towel to take to the beach. The only other thing would be milk in the room so you could have a cuppa.
