Pros (+) The property is beautiful and immaculately clean. The hotel staff was amazing, truly everyone was so helpful and kind. I mentioned that it was my partner and i’s anniversary and we were so happy to see macarons, wine cocktails and a lovely card set up in our room when we arrived. Pros (+) It was easy to see the touristy spots of Portland from this location
Cons (-) Check in staff member was miserable! Surly and disregarding of us as people. We didn’t come into contact with any other staff member, the whole hotel is a bit impersonal, but I suppose that is what the Hilton Brand kinda stands for. The shower was pretty fabulous though;)
