Pros (+) Great location, good vibe, nice decor. Staff was friendly, Rose restaurant was delicious. We had a great view of the Park and North End as well which was really nice.
Cons (-) The door to the bathroom was a sliding barn door type, which was nice to look at but the door sometimes would creak open, exposing the person using the bathroom. It should have a latch/lock system on the door for privacy.

Pros (+) The city views and it was across from a beautiful park and next to a market and good restaurants ( little Italy) and we got the room that was little bigger cus we had 4 girls and that extra space made a big difference cus we were able to put our clothes there and have a dressing area

Cons (-) The staff was racist. I guess servicing minorities is a problem for them. I'm particularly the restaurant manager and Chole at the front desk which clearly did not understand her pay grade. The hotel manager was very apologetic and accommodating to the best she could at the time as was I believe Tom the hr manager. I always stay at Hilton and Marriotts only even when traveling outside if the count...
