The resort is amazing for families, so many different things to do - several pools with water slides, parks, mini golf, trampolines, bike hire, football pitch, night-time entertainment! The property was huge and you were never stuck for things to do.
Unfortunately our villa was infested with ants, they destroyed our food, got into our baby formula milk and were even found in one of the beds. This is the only negative I have about the property.
Ideal outdoor area in Africa lodges and large enough inside. There were many pools to choose from. Shops on site were excellent and had a good bit of stock. It was also very reasonable price. The train was great for getting around.
Steps up to lodges could have had hand rails. Didn’t give you much info unless you use your phone with the QR codes. The restaurants all use QR codes for menus which my parents struggled with. Food in one the potatoes were not heated and food was cold as it arrived on the robot. They also added extra drinks to the bill so make sure you check them. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, the Spanish staff in the restaurant near Africa where lovely. I would like to point out Alex and Amelina (I believe her name is) I had taken multiple seizures and Amelina came over to translate with the nurses and doctors she was great support for me and my daughter.
The Indian staff at the restaurant near Africa, where so rude and ignorant. I wouldn't recommend the place if not for the Spanish staff, the Indian staff where just horrible to deal with.
excellent for families, all ages catered for, could not fault anything, accommodation modern and clean, all facilities and grounds are super clean and well kept, staff are super friendly, perfect for family holiday, we will definitely return
