Pros (+) Beautiful hotel, lovely staff who greeted us at 1 Am. Large room, comfortable beds, quiet.
Cons (-) The room was absolutely freezing and nothing we did with the thermostat seemed to help, so we just turned it off. Also, there didn’t seem to be hot water in the sink.

Pros (+) Very racist. The hotel manager had to tell the staff to give me room service. They deliberately ignored our calls/messages in English and Spanish when requesting room service for two full days. After I asked if room service was down, the manager forced the staff to start answering our calls. Afterwards I stopped ordering food, because I realized we were getting sick after consuming the meat. I tho...

Cons (-) Extremely noisy renovation going on until late in the evening (9 pm) which should be disclosed on booking.com. We arrived late and tired and instead of being able to relax we had to fight with staff about a room change. When we asked for a quieter room we had to take one with twin beds instead of a double bed because there were supposedly none available. On booking you could reserve 5 or 6 however...
