The staff was very polite and helpful
There’s no fridge, the main room light doesn’t turn on properly (only lamps work), it turns out there’s no breakfast included—instead, you get a $30 credit for the restaurant, which always leads to overspending. The phone in the room wasn’t working, and to top it all off, there was a strike beneath the hotel at 7 a.m., making it impossible to stay there. I won’t be coming back here again.
The hotel is very elegant, staff excellent and rooms spacious and very well designed
They have a $70.00 a night fee for parking, which is just outrageous for a hotel guest and the TV’s lack any access to streaming service or pay per view movies.
Was very cold inside the room , furniture so old and damaged with a bad smell
That bath every time I tried to fill it up this black sediment would come out so a bit disappointing that we and my wife couldn’t use the bathtub

A bit overpriced when the 'resort' fee was added on - certainly didn't get any value for money for percolated coffee in the morning. Other hotels have better offerings for resort fees.
The beds are very comfortable. Good location within walking distance of Rodeo Drive and the golden triangle. Nice decor inside the hotel.
The service wasn't great. This is NOT a 5 star or even 4 star hotel. I got charged for early check in to have a room that wasn't properly ready. No robes, no slippers. No fridge. No tea or coffee making facility. The iron had residue stuck to it and it ruined my shirt. Calling room service for simple things took forever. The Cameo was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location for the purpose of our visit. Calming and comfortable accommodations. The atmosphere, vibe, and food at Il Moderno were perfect for a quick overnight stop in Beverly Hills. Watching the sunrise from the balcony topped it all off!
A few of the items in the room needed maintenance: the ihome device wouldn’t work and the pocket door to the bathroom didn’t have a pull latch.
