Everything. The location, food, service, rooms etc. were all absolutely fantastic. The whole hotel was very modern and tastefully decorated. We had the three course meal both nights of our stay, and whilst quite pricey, the food was of an extremely high quality, that justified the cost.

The property exceeded our expectations in all aspects. It was comfortable, the dinner was excellent and the sauna was a real plus.
Perhaps we should check with the property earlier if it would be possible to arrange for a transfer from bus station to the hotel.
Everything was perfect. Room spotless and well appointed. Meals great. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend.
We saw northern lights every day!:) The food was great and the stuff was very helpful and welcoming.
We didn’t have the mountain view from our room, although it said we’d have it. There wasn’t much water pressure in the shower.
Gorgeous hotel on a fantastic remote location - you are well taken care of.

We stayed a night here, to break the long road journey from Levi to Tromso and ended up seeing the Northern lights similar to what is in their profile picture, right from the hotel! The staff were so awesome that they felt like family. The rooms were very comfortable and ours was at the end of the corridor with a big window overlooking a snow clad hill. Breakfast was great - but could have started slightly earlier. Location wonderful and the staff genuinely very helpful.
