Pros (+) Good location. Polite staff. Clean. Nice pool with complimentary water.
Cons (-) Despite there being 6 lifts. Sometimes it felt that you were waiting quite some time for the lift to arrive.

Pros (+) The check-in process was rather swift and one of the male staff can communicate English well. The room is clean with a great view of Taiwan City (High floor).
Cons (-) I was not aware that the breakfast was not included in my booking hence got a shock that I needed to make payment in order to have breakfast.

Cons (-) The staff who helped us check in told us he would give us a free room upgrade. However, the room we got was just the same as the one we reserved (two double bed on the 6/F. It felt bad to be let down
