Pros (+) We loved everything about our stay. The grounds are fabulous 👌 Loved the courtyard and the amazing breakfast.
Cons (-) We didn't like the excessive heat in the cottage bedroom. Way too hot. Luckily I was able to turn off the radiators during the night.

Pros (+) The room itself was beautiful, well decorated and clean, the bed was super comfy. The hotel grounds are also very beautiful. Had all amenities you would expect. Wifi was good.
Cons (-) The reception staff were not very friendly or helpful, they were busy but it seemed very rushed like they were just trying to get rid of us when checking in. The rooms were very noisy, I was in a courtyard room and could hear guests in the room above me (before 6.30am the next day) walking around, flushing the toilet and speaking - I do not expect that from a 5 star hotel.
