Polite staff
Most things closed, no slippers, dressing gowns provided. Had to call for room service one day, it just wasn't the standard we expected of a resort of this calibre.
Disappointed pool side room was barely poolside . For $100 more the room was no better than the upstairs room 2 weeks before.
Great location opposite cable beach and the perfect place to enjoy Broome’s sunsets. Comfortable bed, good water pressure.

Big, lots of restaurants great pool, very close beach
Not enough transport into town
We liked the gardens around the resort. We liked the room.
Staff were particularly friendly, as if some of them did not want to be there. Most of the restaurants were closed I understand that it was not 'the season' . The restaurants that were open , two of them had very basic menus , which meant that we had to eat out at other venues away from the resort.
True resort where all your needs are catered for.
Nothing
Stayed there before always love it
Most of it was closed
Location was fabulous , however when booking should of been advertised all bars , restaurants and facilities would be closed for maintenance
As above
Good location
Old , a bit run down, 1 pool closed, only 1 of 3 restaurants open, limited food options , tradesmen working at the only pool open, not relaxing
Staff were exceptional, especially the pool service staff.
A mini bar would be handy since Broome shuts early for a late night snack attack.
