Excellent staff excellent location
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the facilities met all my expectations.
The room’s noise isolation was not good.
It’s beautiful, it smells amazing, the rooms are super clean. Such beautiful aesthetics!! 10 out of 10!!!
There’s not one thing I did not like about this place. I would definitely return. However we did arrive on labour day and the roads were closed, we had to walk 5kms with our luggage. The hotel should warn people about this coz it happens every year. We could have at least slept at a hotel near the airport on that day, then made our way to CVK the day after.
Everything is great about this hotel !! Probably the best in Taksim !!!

Quite a grand hotel. Looks and feels like a 5 star hotel. The location is in the European side, across the golden horn. Everything here feels more modern than the Sultanahmet (also the European part of Istanbul but north of the golden horn) The old city is probably a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride. There is Metro too. We took the room overlooking the Bosphorous. The view was just spectacular. The decor...
The staff could be slightly friendlier. We didn't feel the warm hospitality we have felt in other places in Turkey. They are all polite. Also, the location is a little bit far from the old city but then you probably get a bit more for the money.Read more
Everything was stunning ! location , cleanliness , polite employees always smiling and alerted for anything we may wish. Definitely recommend to stay and enjoy the things that this hotel has to offer. It is ideally located nearby Taksim (2min walk) without having noise or crowded people nearby
This is my fourth time here and each time it’s been excellent . The rooms are great , well equipped and spacious for a family if 3. The spa includes is fantastic with a 25m pool with retractable roof . Food great . Breakfast excellent as ever . Roof top restaurant with amazing views is a fine dining experience. A bit pricey but v good quality.
The drinks in the bars are both expansive and expensive .
