Pros (+) We had such a great stay at the Bvlgari Hotel! Everything was beautiful, super comfortable, and the service was amazing from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Laura Li – she was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. From the little details to the bigger things, she really took care of us and made sure we had the best experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Pros (+) Exceptional personalized service which we appreciated even prior to arrival. Rooms were spacious and yet comfortable. Location is great and convenient to the 3rd ring road and beside a river. We truly enjoyed our stay.

It's a luxurious hotel with excellent amenities and modern design throughout. The air conditioning is adjustable and effectively cools the rooms. While the hotel doesn't offer a buffet breakfast, their breakfast options are still satisfying.

Pros (+) The property is outstanding, that’s clear - it’s Bvlgari. Modern design with luxury furniture brand and traditional accent. But what was really exceptional is the hotel stuff - very friendly and attentive. I traveled on the 9th pregnancy months. The hotel stuff brought to me a special pillow for pregnant women, bevor I even thought to ask for it. Every day we received some gifts from bvlgari cosme...

We enjoyed the stay with Bvlgari hotel in Beijing especially the service received from our butler (Nancy). She went the extra mile and took notice of our birthdays when we were casually exchanging words (whereby she gave us a souvenir from Bvlgari).
