The location was great, check in was fastand the breakfast was good .
The building was old. Furniture was worn and should have been replaced. The hotel smelled of musty paint. Couldn't adjust room temperature, bathroom fan sounds like a jackhammer. Rooms were small. Bathroom should have been renovated. Worst place we stayed in Ireland and one of the most expensive.
The staff and location, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Friendly staff great hotel and I even charged the car. Couldn’t recommend the Butler Arms more. Love to come back with my wife.

An absolutely wonderful place. Staff were great, the room was spacious and well equipped, with spectacular views across Ballinskellig Bay, food (both breakfast and dinner) was excellent.
