This hotel was stunning; the staff were great especially the young reception guy who checked us in. He checked in on us every day to make sure we were OK. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff so helpful. The hotel was clean and felt so safe.
Everything was perfect and couldn't have been better.

Great location ...easy to walk everywhere. Lovely hotel and comfortable room with balcony - traditional wooden style with nice furnishings. Staff were exceptionally kind and efficient and breakfast was very good.
Not the hotel's fault but there were some noisy excavations on the opposite side of the river to prevent erosion etc. Temporary situation nearing completion and hardly made a dent in an otherwise fantastic break.
Lovely heritage property, close to everything, very friendly staff, nice restaurant, great breakfast.
A little cramped, noisy, too much light, it was on the street, and the guitar player in the bar went on too long.
