Breakfast offerings was better than most in Italy. Scrambled eggs and bacon, yogurt in various flavors and great selection of baked goods as well as espresso and cappachino's.
Had dinner there a couple of times on previous trips. Good, basic food with special attention to kids. The staff at this restaurant and hotel are so kind and go out of their way to accommodate everyone.

Location in the remote and totally devoid of any services industrial area.
Clean new property. Clean beds. Clean new showers.
Was a mission impossible to find the hotel on google map. Staff barely speak English. Breakfast very average. Restaurant staff too slow cleaning up the tables in the morning rush! No tea or coffee in the rooms. They charged me 6 Euro for a pot if tea. Lifts too small for hotel.
Excellent hotel. Always very clean and nice new facilities. Great breakfast. Perfect stay if you are near Naples Navy Base.
We travelled with a senior citizen and a toddler and we left them in their room for hours as we needed to attend an event. They had room service which was fabulous that starts at 7pm (riposo was probably 2-7pm). The event ended around midnight, we could not find parking at the hotel parking but a hotel attendant assisted us, that was awesome! Breakfast was absolutely nice!
I thought that the checkout time was a little early, 10am but we made it out.
We always love the Building Hotel! The staff is always super polite and helpful. The rooms are clean. The towels and bedding are nice.

Breakfast was great. It was in the restaurant in the hotel and was a buffet. Juice, coffee machine or coffee from the barista.
The beds had just a thin "comforter." I'm guessing later in the fall they change it out to something warmer.
