Pros (+) We enjoyed the room decor... It had a very cozy vibe.
Cons (-) The staff wasn't very friendly, they seemed to help out of obligation not out of kindness. They did not go above and beyond. They did not give a welcoming or helpful vibe.

Pros (+) This is my third stay at Brut and this was the best! I absolutely love the layout of their rooms and their cleanliness is on point. Staff is exceptional. I had my hands quite full while getting out up front and a staff member noticed me and rushed out to help me carry things inside. Cons (-) Concrete floors 😒the bed was on a raised platform which was a real problem for us in our golden years 😒 snow was not cleared off drive or steps. Floor was not clean. 🫤
