Lovely new hotel, friendly & knowledgeable & helpful staff, cozy lounge and outdoor yard, fantastic restaurant and wine menu.

Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable room - excellent bed, great location. The free minibar was a nice touch.
Minor quibbles - the room was a little worn around the edges - damaged paintwork, shower not working properly, and the coffee at breakfast was not great.
The hotel is new and very beautiful. Have to say that every small detail has been thought out. Lots of beautiful plants and an outdoor place with lot of sofas and chairs. - All staff were both friendly and very helpful. - The rooms were relaxing, nicely furnished and very well organised (eg the Daikin air conditioner functioned very well, room lights and sockets were in the right place and easy to use). - Breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. - Near the Altstadt but very quiet.

This hotel wat outstanding. Very friendly staff, room was great with a big bed and nice bathroom, big TV. Breakfast was also vey good, with a large buffet to choose from. It s a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and maybe 10 minutes until the river, the hotel also has a big parking garage, where you can park your car for I think 27 euro per day. The location of this hotel was fantastic. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English well. Special thanks to Emily at reception who researched tours for us, and Marc in the restaurant/bar for looking after us. The hotel fit-out is excellent and it is kept very clean.
Great staff, very nice rooms, location is very good and close to the old city town as well as the main train station. Breakfast is very good.
