The room was very warm when we arrived but the staff promptly came up to adjust the temperature and turn on the air conditioning. I’m not sure we would have figured it out! A bit of garbage outside the hotel area (not on the hotel property)no fault of the hotel but nevertheless looked untidy.Read more
The location was good
The mistakes made by payment of the room. It was paid by Booking, they reserved the payment again on my creditcard incl deposit at arrival and then made me pay (I had to pay the parking so didn’t look at the amount, untill I saw the amount on my phone) the room again at check-out. I could have done with a bath in the room, but the shower was good.

Loved the set out and decor. Staff were very attentive. Food excellent. Bed was really comfortable.
Had trouble with the air conditioning in our room but we were still comfortable.
It was very clean and comfortable, plus the complimentary mini bar was an added bonus. Location was close to sights, shops, train station and cafes.
Mini bar food is included in our rate. Husband and daughter very happy about it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They look after us very well. Our little one has been quick sick and they help to call up a pediatrician clinic that we could drop in to see the doctor quickly.
