The staff were fantastic, very kind and made me feel cared for. Breakfast was totally worth €20 lots of choice.
Unfortunately for the hotel there is a very noisy bar below some of the rooms that blasted out music until 11.30. The hotel supple ear plugs but I can’t wear them. That’s why I didn’t give full marks for location.

The suite is very spacious, facing the main street, yet very quite when you close the windows. Service is extra ordinary -staff members were all wonderfull- always polite and helpful, making us feel like kings. Breakfast with a great variety , so we could eat different things each day. My partner went down for breakfast and was disappointed. Said it was an great spread of food but his the food wasn't hot and he was there early! Otherwise, great hotel and awesome location.
We checked in late and it was a bit unpleasant at that night but the staff made sure to change this the next day and everything was great. A big thank you to all their staff for their assistance and lovely attitude specially for Raffaele Biagiotti he was very kind and supportive which made our stay unforgettable
The mattress and pillow were not comfortable
We loved the location, concierge help, breakfasts, daily treats, showers and overall size and comfort of suite.
Street noise could be a problem thank God for double pane glass. The elevator system was a bit odd.
