Rooms in hotel photos were nicer / more updated than our room. Staff was very good - recommended restaurants and pubs with music and fulfilled a couple special requests. Breakfast good. Location is an easy walk to city centre.

Lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. Welcoming glass of prosecco was an unexpected treat!
The room was dark and there didn't seem to be anywhere to sit outside with a drink to enjoy the beautiful sunshine!
Loved this hotels location. Close, 5 minute walk, to downtown yet away from the traffic and noise. Very nice to have free, on site parking. Front desk staff was outstanding. Very friendly and kind. Book direct to receive better room rate.
The rooms are a little dated, still comfortable. Should update and add electronic keycard lock system instead of old keys.
Staff, location, car park, comfort and quietness . There was also a lovely friendly and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were excellent, especially Lilu, Kelly and Grainne. Lilu was particularly helpful and accommodating but all three were brilliant.

Lovely staff. All very helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Clean, comfortable and great location. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Very nice breakfast selections.

A beautiful gem to find in the heart of Killarney. The interior design is gorgeous. We had a lovely welcome at reception and the staff were so kind & helpful. We had a beautiful spacious room with a lovely view of the garden. Great parking & only a few minutes walk to the Main Street. A perfect getaway.

The room was reasonable - a bit dated but pleasant.It served it's purpose,having a room to stay.
It's fairly difficult to find High Street as there's a busy shopping area.Its at the top of High Street - once you locate the Hotel you can walk into the shopping area.Not easy to find the place at first( then carrying a case,though shopkeepers do try to give directions)
The location is just a little away from downtown Killarney and the noise. This hotel is a peaceful oasis. I stayed here the first time in Killarney and stayed again the second time. My room was large and looked out on a garden. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when in Killatney.
