The location is excellent! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm coming back next time. I stayed twice in the span of two weeks. The first room was spacious and comfortable. It has GREAT amenities and everything you need, from a robe to slippers, toiletries, a coffee maker, mini fridge and more.
I had a small room for my second stay, and it was quite uncomfortable as there was little space for the luggage, and the closet was small and awkward in its distribution, with the safe clashing with the hanging clothes. There was no space for the chair, so I had to ask for a smaller one. Working at the desk was not comfortable. The only lift used to go to floor 8 and up can be a nightmare. It's us...Read more
The room was the most spaciuos one can expect in NYC Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was very friendly water and Nesspresso in room were gret to have was a bit worried about noise from street but heard nothing. Balcony looking at Empire state building was a real treat!
only one elevator...at times the wait was a bit annoying...first world problems...

Glass shower door is extremely heavy and difficult to open/close
+ the staff and the cleaning of the room + Facilities are great and the two queen beds in our room were super comfy. Bathroom was excellent + Location is very good and the neighbourhood is much better than living around times square

The room was exceptionally large for NYC. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out family of 5 fit perfectly in our room, with lots of space to spare! Very clean! Loved the room was stocked with waters each day. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great central location and the 28th St. subway is right next door!
Our room wasn't able to be ready before 3:00 (check-in) - but that is not their fault, and we did arrive early but they very gladly stored our luggage!
staff was great - someone opening the door for us on our way out or in was a nice touch! I also left some jewelry in the room after I checked out and they held it for me safely.
It’s beautiful, staff is wonderful and there are little cafes (street blocked off) right outside, with a handy Starbucks on the corner. View from balcony is as advertised!!
The elevator is pretty slow. No counter space in bathroom.
