The hotel is cosy and very quiet, even though it is centrally located.
The breakfast room does not suit this hotel. It is uncomfortable, almost like in a hostel.
Clean
A bottle of water in the room was priced at $6, and $11.7 was deducted from my bank card when I left. I didn't realize it until I was far away from the hotel.
The breakfast at the hotel was truly delightful. Everything was constantly refreshed, and the service staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Excellent hotel with exceptional staff. The hospitality was great and the rooms were very comfortable.

Location.
Room was small. TV was very complicated to operate. Free breakfast was included but did not include anything cooked. More like a continental breakfast. I had to pay for eggs Benedict. Elevator had very dim lighting. I have stayed several times but will not stay again.
Breakfast was very average. The pool was dirty. The gym was good and the bedroom was a good size
The pool could have been cleaner. The breakfast should have more variety and always have eggs on. You often had to ask for eggs. Service was often slow at breakfast
Background music a bit too loud and in public areas lift Resturant etc
Fantastic room and beautiful decor and view, the staff were incredibly accommodating, professional and helpful in every way possible. They upgraded us because we were on honeymoon and even gave us a breakfast package before going to San Blas. I just wish we had stayed here longer but we will be back for sure to this hotel - I cannot recommend it enough!
Let’s just say it wasn’t as I remembered it.
We were assigned a room with a wall for a view, 5th floor, probably the neighbor building’s parking. This place is the best hotel in panama, period. I have stayed in most of the luxury hotels, in Panama City, and nothing compares. They bring good old days service and standards into modern, friendly, welcoming environment.
