Pros (+) Convenient location for Rio Claro Air con, room size all good. Staff tried to be helpful.
Cons (-) Food poor (buffet breakfast not much of a range and coffee terrible, no tea). Room safes out of action and staff unable to fix/resolve.

Pros (+) Staff were great, hotel is very clean and close to local amenities. The breakfast selection was really good!

Cons (-) Flexibility of the staff. Internet on the TV not working and staff was zero interested in fixing it. Also not very flexible when asking for food - no changes/swtiches at all on the few menu options.

Pros (+) The gentleman that organizes the breakfast, he makes the place and environment extra special.
Cons (-) All the outside noise comes in the room. My room was on the side of the petrol station its a very busy avenue so all the noise comes up.
