Pros (+) Friendly welcome and fantastic location. Great value for money. Wonderful view over to west Looe. Very clean and a lovely little patio for guest use to the front of property.
Cons (-) We kept the windows mostly open as the room was very warm. Forgot to ask if there were any fans we could borrow! Breakfast was super but would have preferred to have a wider breakfast time, maybe from 8:00 until 9:30am rather than 9:00am ?

Pros (+) Central location, beautiful views of the harbour and the beach was a couple of minutes walk away. Really helpful and friendly staff, let us check in early and even offered to help with our bags! A wide choice for breakfast, full English excellent!

Pros (+) Beautiful, old building and very clean - room was of a generous size with comfortable bed and fresh bedding - lots of towels and plug sockets in practical places. All facilities catered for. Very quiet and excellent location. Extremely friendly and welcoming owner - would definitely recommend!

Pros (+) Excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location for the whole of Looe. Wonderful views and fantastic breakfast. We will definitely return the next time we visit Looe.
Cons (-) Not suitable for people who have trouble with stairs as there is a steep flight at the entrance and all the rooms are upstairs and as it's an older building, no lift.

Pros (+) The Breakfast, if you had everything on offer was worth £20 all day long. Orange juice, cereal, toast and jams , full English and as much tea as you waned . Good ingredients and cooked very well.
Cons (-) Could have done with black pudding being on the breakfast menu.
