Pros (+) Excellent location, extremely comfortable and clean. The food was phenomenal and the staff was great. There's even a lounge for when you arrive before check in. The annex was beautiful.
Cons (-) On initial arrival, a sign said go to the bar where the staff stated there was nowhere for us to place our things, and we'd have to wait. After standing in the lobby (due to the heavy rains), another staff member went but showcased the kuggage storage and the lounge. A sign to that effect would be helpful.

Pros (+) Stunning location, I loved the option of buying a packed lunch for a long day on the trails.

Pros (+) We stayed at this lovely hotel during our West Highland Way hike. The location was really convenient. Check-in was really easy. The receptionist was warm and helpful. The room was spotless clean and really modern. The bed was really comfortable. Pros (+) Bright and airy in a stunning location. The entrance into the room had a boot room for wet stuff. Food in the restaurant was interesting and well prepared.
Cons (-) Bathroom was tiny and toilet seat was broken. We were given a partial refund due to the toilet seat issue.
