The rooms were so clean and full of really cool stuff, everyone we interacted with was really friendly and helpful and the free drink at check in was a really nice touch.

Location, welcome drink, food and price
Once checked in nothing was really explained to me. Didn’t realise there was WiFi until the tv told me, didn’t understand how mini bar worked etc. The room needs a good dust and the carpet had a stain on it.
- dinner included in the room rate was delicious - layout and comfort of the room - added extras were fantastic - they made celebrating my partner's 40th even more special

The room was incredible. The staff were excellent when checking and checking out. There were so many excellent amnesties and items in the room. If I wasn’t stopping for work reason the in-shower beer fridge or the amazingly stocked bar in the room was seriously tempting!!!
Lots of nice bonus additions - Welcome drink, help-yourself pick and mix, water refill station, complimentary curly wurlys! Underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. Automatic under-bed lights are helpful for nighttime trips to the loo! Spacious, bright and airy loft-style room. The room needed a little TLC; chipped bedside table, sealing in the shower was getting a bit black and grubby, bathrobes were very worn with half torn off pockets, the sound bar was tied to the tv with string and the record player in the room (though very cool!) was unbalanced and subsequently unusable since the needle was skating all over the place - the latter obviously not a terrible thing, but...Read more
Very central, clean rooms
Not cheap but maybe that was the weekend that we booked (marathon)
I loved the aesthetics, the layout, the cleanliness. This is a very dog friendly hotel and cater for all your needs. The room has so much to look at and use, from a record player to a beer fridge in the shower, dog bed and bowls to personalised message in the room! I would absolutely 1 million percent stay here again!
The air conditioning was hard to figure out, and the room lighting is great but would benefit from maybe a few brighter lights (for make up etc)
Staff were very friendly, location was excellent and the rooms were very clean.
The bathroom door did not close fully, affecting privacy.
