Pros (+) I visited Jubail for business purpose for three nights and opted this hotel. Though the hotel is nice and clean service is pathetic. Breakfast was average.
Cons (-) I visited Jubail for business purpose for three nights and opted this hotel. For the first two nights there had no internet. Despite of repeated requests no action was taken. The room was not serviced on the first day. Though the hotel is nice and clean service is pathetic.
