All staff there were ready to help ,, it's good for you to have them,,I would like to thank some of them: Saifulislam "the housekeeper" Chan "the waiter" And there is some one in the restaurant I forgot his name he did very well also
I am sorry about that,, the meals I had from the restaurant was not good one time it was too salty,, the other time was not about the food,but because of the chef there ,, maybe he was not ready to serve

I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, one minor drawback was the location. The hotel is a bit far from the Qaisariya market and the city center, which might be inconvenient for those wanting to be in the heart of the action.
