The breakfast was good and I only had an issue of the names of dishes in French only. The location is okay and made it very easy to get a taxi. The staff were very helpful and labored to communicate effectively. The mini bar with complimentary drinks was awesome.

Management went out of their way to accommodate us. Google map was totally misleading. The manager came to guide us to the hotel.

I loved its central location, walkable to most sites (Chellah, Hassan tower, and Medina). Breakfast was varied, with fresh hot dishes every morning. The drawback of its central location perhaps is the smell of car exhausts I would at times smell in the room, despite the windows being closed. Why is the air conditioning not filtering these out? I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Room was clean and the size was enough for me. Staff was helpful and the location is walking distance to old town.

There could me more fruit variety at breakfast as well as some ambient music.

My stay was amazing. The service provided by Soufiyan and Mohammed was exceptional. Very kind and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
