Location is really good, walking distance to many places (Paseo Montejo, Merida’s cathedral, museums, restaurants, coffee shops). Staff is super nice and friendly. The room is really cozy and spacious, with a nice kitchenette with a fridge, and a dining area. When we entered our room a bowl with apples and mangoes was waiting for us on the table, and inside the fridge were 2 cold beers, great to r...
Internet connection is really bad. The silver lining of this is that you can disconnect from social media and really enjoy your vacay. The other thing I didn’t like was the living room chairs’ cushions, they look cute but are not comfy at all.Read more
penthouse has really nice terrace. only one small bathroom so although two beds don’t think suitable for more than one couple.
lack of welcome drink. towels not great quality or generous . silly door system means you have to be let out and in. we thought expensive especially as breakfast not included

Amazing staff! Went out of their way to ensure we had restaurant reservations, tours and had all we needed on our stay. I am vegan and they prepared a special breakfast for me that was outstanding. My daughter (5) was even thrilled with her breakfast which pleased us no end :) Location was great. Loved the piano in the communal area. Very serene. Will definitely be back.

Nice property. Very good location, close to everything…but on a quiet street. Very helpful staff. They work with a very profesional tour company. A/C works great.
Breakfast has very limited options. Pool needs cleaning.
Delicious coffee, homemade breakfast, super clean and secure property, cold A/C, walking distance to city center and Paseo de Montejo. Would definitely return to BbtM.
