Location.
Didn’t find the front desk to be hospitable. Did not like that the key to the room opened everyone’s room and that someone else entered my room my a key 5 m after I entered my room. As you can imagine I didn’t sleep well w worry it someone else entering while sleeping
Very special hotel with an interesting 2 level room.
Window above the bed was close to another window of another building. Small concern about privacy 😂
Location is great.
Breakfast was underwhelming. First night the room was freezing. Second night was a bit better but still cold.

A really cozy and intimate hotel. We were well looked after and right from the start of my dealings with the hotel staff I sensed a positive attitude that ensured for a stress-free stay. No daily cleaning and renewal of towels. Might have been an oversight.

Lovely breakfast room at the front of the hotel. The food was fresh and delicious. The Hotel was in the centre of town easy walking distance to the town square.
Outstanding location in the center of Middelburg, beautiful boutique hotel with smiling service, outstanding breakfast, quiet and clean rooms....my reference point in Middelburg!
