Very noisy, very small room, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The TV did not work. The breakfast menu had no prices listed but we were told we had to pay extra for breakfast!! Overall a very disappointing experience.

Location was perfect - very central and easy to get to. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the decor was very smart and in good condition.
Room was a bit snug for two people. Bed filled most of it and it was up three flights of stairs. Air conditioning was difficult to control - option was either too cold or off - reception said they would increase the range but forgot. Location was amazing and the staff was full of kind attentions.
One room was noisy and breakfast additions were super expensive
It was full of character and was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help you. It was in an excellent position.
The only criticism is that the standard rooms did not have tea and coffee making facilities. This is something that should be included for the price paid.
