Location was amazing and the staff was full of kind attentions.
One room was noisy and breakfast additions were super expensive
It was full of character and was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help you. It was in an excellent position.
The only criticism is that the standard rooms did not have tea and coffee making facilities. This is something that should be included for the price paid.

Amazing boutique hotel. exceptionally clean and beautifully designed .In a top location, literally by the Pile gate in the old city.. exceptional service. Higly professional and very friendly and most efficient staff.

Isn’t great value unfortunately, no coffee maker in the room was disappointing, parking is extra (at the Hilton or further away in town), the room was comfortable but not exceptional, and no view other that to the building next door.
Great location, spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, best breakfast. Love this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing and the view spectacular Staff was attentive and wish we stayed for more than one night to enjoy the place even more than we did!
