Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, very affordable tours and transfers. Great breakfast.
The location while not far from the Center makes it so we have to cross through some shady streets to get anywhere. I would go the long way around if traveling solo…
Secret Garden is a little jewel in the heart of the city. The room was comfortable, the ambience was friendly, and it was easy to meet other guests during breakfast by the pool. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was fabulous.
I had one problem. There is metal thing in the floor near the door that is not visible at night and I cut my foot on it. It would be helpful if they could put something over it or make it visible.
What a beautiful spot to stay in Granada! I loved having the pool to cool off, and the landscaping/gardens truly made it feel like an oasis. I stayed here at the end of my trip in Nicaragua, and really appreciated some of the luxuries such as AC, reliable wifi, and warm water. Beautiful room, very quiet and surrounded by lovely nature. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Massage up on the terrace above the pool was superb, well worth it and highly recommended. Very comfy bed and lovely wee private terrace. Lovely big breakfast and the chef was delightful. Only a few sun loungers but was never a problem when I was at the pool (i.e no one waiting for a lounger...

Beautiful grounds and a lovely swimming pool. 5 mins walk to the centre of Granada. Very large room and breakfasr was very good.
Very limited drinks available with no real "bar" onsite. Had to pre-order breakfast the night before. Neither were a real issue though and we would definitely stay again.
Staff were very helpful Location was good as it was just a little back from main square but easily walkable to square and market
